About The Position

TheKey is currently hiring experienced caregivers (CNA/HHA/PCA) for all shifts to support clients in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas. This role offers top pay rates, a $300 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for career growth in a growing industry. Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
• Eligible to work in the US
• Comply with state background screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Provide companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Offer transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Perform light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
