About The Position
Calling all compassionate, reliable North County caregivers! Do you have a heart for helping older adults one-on-one in their homes? Windward Life Care is hiring non-medical Home Care Aides in the North County area! We are honored to be a San Diego Union-Tribune Top Workplaces award winner for seven years running, 2019-2025. We offer geriatric care management services and non-medical home care services to clients who are billed on a private-pay basis. Requirements
- Caregiving experience with older adults, including: Alzheimer's/Dementia, Personal Care (Bathing/Showering, Incontinence Care)
- You are dependable, reliable, and an efficient problem solver
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance and Clean Driving Record -must feel comfortable driving clients in your vehicle
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Ability to pass Home Care Services Bureau Live Scan background check and TB Test - We will PAY for costs in the application and Live Scan process!
- This position requires compliance with company infection control and safety protocols, including wearing a face covering during certain work activities.
