About The Position

Aspire Senior Living in Kimberly, WI is seeking caring, compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, PCWs, and Resident Assistants to provide quality care to residents. The role involves attending to residents' individual needs and assisting with activities of daily living within the clinical department. Requirements

• Ability to speak, write, and read English
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal regulations

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification desirable, but not required
• Completion of CBRF courses desirable, but not required

Responsibilities

• Read and understand individualized service plans (ISPs) for each resident and provide support to the residents per their service plan.
• Attend to residents' individual needs, including assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, eating, incontinence care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulating, range of motion, communicating or other care needs as identified by residents' ISP.
• Promptly answer and courteously respond to residents' pages and alarms.
• Perform various tasks as assigned, including providing resident care, administering medications (if med passer and delegated by RN), checking vital signs, collecting specimens, laundry, cleaning, dining room set up in a timely manner, etc.
