Requirements

• At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation throughout South Orange County communities including Dana Point, San Clemente, Laguna Niguel, Irvine, Lake Forest, and surrounding areas
• Reliable smartphone with internet access and ability to use mobile apps
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Dependable, responsible, and compassionate attitude
• Ability to follow care plans and accurately document care provided

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of caregiving experience preferred
• Current Home Care Aide (HCA) registration through the California Department of Social Services
• Current CPR Certification
• Negative TB Test
• Completion of California Caregiver Training
• Proof of auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
• Assist with medication reminders and daily routines
• Document completed Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) using the AxisCare mobile app
• Observe and report changes in condition, safety concerns, or incidents to the office
• Respond calmly and responsibly during urgent or emergency situations
