About The Position

As a caregiver, you'll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients. Your responsibilities include offering companionship to foster meaningful connections, assisting with personal hygiene and mobility to ensure dignity and comfort, preparing meals and maintaining a clean, safe environment through light housekeeping, providing transportation to appointments or outings to keep clients engaged, and giving medication reminders to support their health. This role is designed for individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact every day.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dementia or behavioral care (preferred)
- Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Offering companionship to foster meaningful connections
- Assisting with personal hygiene and mobility to ensure dignity and comfort
- Preparing meals
- Maintaining a clean, safe environment through light housekeeping
- Providing transportation to appointments or outings to keep clients engaged
- Giving medication reminders to support their health
Benefits
- Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification)
- Minimum $27.50 per shift
- Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
- Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
- Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)
- Mileage reimbursement between client visits
