About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers (CNA / PCA / HHA) to join our team. This role offers weekly pay and flexible hours, with both part-time and full-time positions available, including day and night shifts. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and companionship to seniors, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes. You will be responsible for a range of personal care tasks, household assistance, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain detailed records through our online portal.

Requirements

Must have a clean criminal background check.
Must complete Live Scan / Fingerprinting.
Must have reliable transportation with insurance.
Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Compliant with I-9 requirements, e.g., 2 forms of ID like Driver's License or Identification/passport or Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card).
CPR + First Aid and TB test or chest X-ray are required.
Formal training or at least 6 months of experience in the home care field or school is desired.

Nice To Haves

CNA License is desired.

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide transportation services and run basic errands such as pharmacy and grocery shopping.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
Provide medication reminders.
Offer mobility assistance.
Assist with toileting needs.
Provide companionship to help seniors enjoy their interests, such as attending senior centers or church, playing games, reading, watching movies, and taking walks.
Maintain a detailed record of services provided and the client's current condition through our online portal.
Notify the Care Coordinator of any major changes or incidents that occur during the shift.
