Part Time Caregiver (AM)

About The Position

Silverado Lee's Summit is hiring a part-time Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role focuses on compassionate assistance with daily living, building relationships, and helping residents live with dignity and joy in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. Caregivers maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team. The position is scheduled for the AM shift every other Saturday and Sunday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The anticipated pay range is $18–$21 USD. Employment offers are contingent on a background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing if applicable. Silverado uses E-Verify to confirm work authorization.

Requirements

A high school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent is preferred.
Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfort working around animals and pets.
