About The Position
Lindahl House is seeking a full-time Caregiver. This role involves supporting individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, as well as assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges and complex needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and finds meaning in this type of work.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Responsibilities
- Help people grow, learn, and live well
- Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
- Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Assist people with their personal hygiene
- Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
- Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
