About The Position

We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional caregivers who truly enjoy helping others and making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. The Caregiver provides personalized non-medical care and companionship to seniors in their homes. This role focuses on improving quality of life, ensuring safety, assisting with activities of daily living, and offering emotional support while treating every client with dignity and respect. Caregivers are expected to be reliable, compassionate, patient, and professional while representing Caring Senior Service in the community.

Requirements

• Compassionate heart and desire to help seniors
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• CNA certification welcomed but not mandatory (depending on state requirements)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Provide incontinence care when needed
• Help clients maintain a safe and clean environment
• Meal Preparation & Nutrition
• Household Support
• Transportation & Errands
• Monitor changes in client condition and report concerns promptly
• Follow care plans and company procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication
• Promote a safe environment and help prevent falls
