About The Position
Our caregivers provide one-on-one, in-home support to help clients maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life. Services range from companionship to non-medical personal care based on each client's individual needs.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance required
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening.
Nice To Haves
- CNA, PCA, or HHA certification highly preferred
- At least 6 months of professional or personal caregiving experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Transportation to appointments or errands
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation and light cooking
- Light housekeeping and household tasks
- Assistance with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Feeding assistance
- Mobility and ambulation support
- Bathing assistance
- Transfers (bed to chair and chair to bed)
- Toileting and incontinence care
