About The Position

Visiting Angels of Jenkintown is seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals to join their team as Caregivers. This role involves providing meaningful support to seniors in their own homes, enabling them to live safely, comfortably, and independently. Requirements

CNA, HHA, or DCS certification
At least 2 years of hands-on caregiving experience, preferably working with seniors
A compassionate, positive attitude and genuine love for the senior community
Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance
Completed or willingness to complete a QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus (QFT-Plus), 2-Step PPD, or chest X-ray
Professional references required
Background check and drug screening will be performed
Proof of vaccination

Dementia/Alzheimer’s care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Providing companionship, friendship, and emotional support
Assisting with personal care, bathing, and grooming
Helping with meal preparation and grocery shopping
Assisting with errands and everyday household needs
Keeping clients’ homes clean, safe, and clutter-free
Maintaining clear communication with clients, family members, coworkers, and office staff
Providing other non-medical home care services as needed
