Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience
- CNA, HHA, PCA, or home-care experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Recent TB test or ability to complete the required TB testing
- Compassionate, patient, reliable, and trustworthy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet company requirements and complete required documentation
- ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Help with errands, shopping, and transportation when needed
- Follow individualized care plans and client preferences
- Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs
- Promote independence, dignity, safety, and comfort
