Comfort Keepers of Central Florida has been helping seniors and adults live safely and independently in their own homes for years. In this role, you'll work directly with clients in their homes — supporting their daily routines, preserving their independence, and giving their families peace of mind. Success here looks like a client who feels safe, respected, and genuinely cared for.

Requirements

Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or a related healthcare setting preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification a plus — not required
Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to person-centered care
Comfortable working independently in a client's home environment

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Support light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying living areas
Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
Monitor and document changes in client condition and communicate concerns to the care team
Follow individualized care plans and adapt to each client's needs and preferences
