About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Fairfax and surrounding Northern Virginia areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, including personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. Pay is $17–$21 per hour, and caregivers receive support from local teams while helping aging adults maintain a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Active CNA, HHA, PCA, or NA certification.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Provide mobility support to clients.
