About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, make a difference, and want to feel great about their job every day. Our Caregivers are crucial in delivering quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence. Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of people of all ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities, including personal care and homemaking programs, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, respite care, and other programs.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
