Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work well with a team
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals based on dietary needs
- Encourage healthy eating and hydration
- Spend time with clients and provide friendly conversation
- Accompany clients to appointments or social activities, as needed
