About The Position

Assisting Hands Baltimore North is hiring CNAs for one on one home care in Phoenix, Parkville, Bel Air, Hunt Valley, and the surrounding area. You will care for a small number of clients you actually get to know, on a schedule you help build. This role is ideal for individuals who are naturally empathetic and observant, often being the first to notice when someone is having a difficult day. We offer full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling options, including weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

• Active CNA license (required)
• One year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with safe mobility and transfers
• Preparing simple meals
• Light housekeeping to keep the home safe and comfortable
• Companionship and conversation
• Driving clients to appointments and errands
• Documenting and reporting any change in a client's condition
