Requirements
- Caring, compassionate, and dependable personality
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Must meet state requirements for home care employment
Nice To Haves
- Previous care-giving experience is helpful, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Supporting safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Observing and reporting changes in client conditions
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
