Requirements
- A compassionate nature and genuine desire to support others
- Willingness to acquire new skills to effectively assist clients
- Prior experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, or nursing assistance is advantageous
- Certifications such as CNA, PCA, RN, LPN, LVN, or HHA are highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
- Provide companionship and emotional support through engaging conversation and recreational activities
- Perform household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a tidy environment
