About The Position
You don’t need healthcare experience to get started. We provide training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow your skills while helping others. This role offers meaningful, flexible work where you can choose when you work, with options for full-time or variable hours. You'll be matched with clients that fit your preferences and comfort level, and you'll have 24/7 scheduling support from real people. Daily pay is also available.
Requirements
- Are 18+
- Want meaningful, flexible work
- Enjoy helping others
- Have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Have reliable transportation and the ability to drive during shifts as needed
- Are able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PSW, DSP, or home care aide (HCA) is a plus — but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and support
- Help with meals, errands, and daily tasks
- Assist with personal care
- Support clients in staying independent at home
