About The Position

La Vida Llena Life Plan Retirement Community is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregiver to join their Home Care team as an overnight team-member. Requirements

• Two years' previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Comfortability and experience handling first responder calls during NOC shift
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and a heart for helping others
• Must be able to move about the community safely and effectively, including navigating stairs, and walking/standing for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care as part of the Home Care team.
• Handle first responder calls during the NOC shift.
