About The Position

Caregiver — Bellevue, WA Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care to a client in Bellevue, Washington. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life. We are looking for a caring individual who can provide reliable support with daily living activities while creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association, as required for the assignment.
Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to care-giving.
Ability to work independently and follow established care instructions.
Basic meal preparation and light housekeeping skills.
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Physical ability to perform essential care-giving duties.
Active CNA, HCA or Completion of training
Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support safe mobility and ambulation inside and outside the home.
Prepare and serve meals while following the client's dietary requirements.
Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan.
Assist with prescribed exercises and recommended daily activities.
Provide companionship and engage the client in meaningful activities.
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home.
Assist with shopping and accompany the client on errands when needed.
Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior.
Communicate effectively with the client, family members, and other care team members.
Follow the established care plan and respond appropriately to emergencies or unusual situations.
