Requirements

Previous home care experience of 1+ years.
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.
Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Driver's license.
Physical endurance to complete required tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to work in the USA.
Must be very reliable.
Must be willing to work full-time or part-time.
Caregiving: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities

Provide medication reminders.
Assist clients with ambulation and mobility, including accompanying them to appointments and on walks.
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises.
Perform shopping for clients or accompany them if needed.
Perform light housekeeping duties and prepare meals, considering dietary needs.
Report any unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator.
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
Follow the established Care Plan.
