About The Position

Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions. We're looking for caring individuals who share our values of compassion, reliability, and commitment to helping seniors and adults thrive in the comfort of their own homes. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience, certification, and qualifications.

Requirements

Willingness to complete paid Caregiver training provided by Right at Home
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
Honest, dependable, energetic, and compassionate personality
Passion for helping seniors and individuals needing in-home care

Nice To Haves

Certified Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Prepare meals and support nutritional needs
Provide medication reminders and companionship
Help clients maintain independence and safety in their homes
Work primarily in clients' homes with varying schedules and shift lengths
