About The Position

Actively Hiring Caregivers for 12 Hour Day Shifts. Hourly Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour, with 4 hours of overtime pay included. Shifts are from 7am-7pm. Location: San Diego North County, Carlsbad. Cheer Home Care is looking for compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services to help clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home. This role is ideal for individuals with a vibrant personality and exceptional skills who want to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities.

Requirements

• Helping with activities of daily living
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Able to drive client in their own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
• Cell phone with internet access

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep.
• Provide transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Assist with Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more.
• Perform light housekeeping and organization.
