About The Position
Paramount Home Health Care LLC is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and responsible caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a 14-year-old child with autism in Valrico, FL. This is a great full-time opportunity (40 hours per week) for someone who enjoys working with children and wants a consistent weekday schedule. Female caregivers are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Must be dependable, patient, caring, and attentive
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Must be comfortable transporting the child to community activities when needed
- Must be available consistently Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
- Must be able to follow the child's care plan and safety requirements
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism/special needs is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, companionship, and assistance with daily activities while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
- Accompany the child into the community for recreational and other planned activities.
