About The Position
Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors in their homes. This role offers flexible shifts that can accommodate your schedule while providing meaningful work. Many of the current openings are for weekday daytime shifts. We welcome experienced caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and experienced caregivers without CNA or HHA certification who have hands-on caregiving experience.
Requirements
- Prior caregiving experience preferred
- Experienced caregivers with or without CNA/HHA certification are encouraged to apply
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Clean Driving Record
- Access to email and a smartphone
- Must understand and respect client privacy and confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Personal care assistance, including bathing and toileting
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation
- Following an individualized plan of care
- Communicating professionally with clients, families, and the office team
- Other duties as assigned
