About The Position
URGENTLY HIRING CAREGIVER FOR MISSOURI CITY LOCATION - that will provide the following services to a client: SCHEULED HOURS: 8.5 HOURS TOTAL SATURDAY (9:00AM-1:30PM) SUNDAY 9:00AM- 1:00PM) ,
Responsibilities
- Home management and care planning
- Medical advocacy
- Prescription medical management
- Help with personal hygiene and care
- Assisting with meals and nutrition
- Help with mobility
- Home maintenance and basic house keeping
- Errands
- Keeping them company
- Reporting and monitoring the patients’ health changes
- Maintaining clear communication with the individual, their family and other health care professionals.
- Keeping accurate records of care provided and any changes in the individuals condition.
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment
