About The Position
Cardinal Senior Care is hiring a Caregiver to provide non-medical, personalized one-on-one support to seniors in their homes in Pearland, Texas, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on compassionate care, companionship, and helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Caregivers work in person and receive support from the agency, including a mobile app for schedules and communication.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
- A caring, dependable, and patient personality.
- Strong communication skills and reliability.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexible availability for assigned shifts.
- Two valid forms of identification.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to seniors.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Help create a safe, comfortable home environment.
