Requirements

• HHA certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to complete required screenings and continuing education
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Personal Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
• Provide companionship and assistance with errands and appointments
• Assist with mobility activities according to the plan of care
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing
