About The Position

Wellthy connects reliable caregivers with families who need last-minute childcare — school closures, holidays, unexpected work trips. You tell us your preferences (schedule, age of kids), we handle the rest.

Requirements

• Some demonstrable experience in childcare (babysitting, siblings, nannying, daycare or volunteering counts!).
• Reliability: You show up on time and communicate clearly.
• Trust & Safety: Complete comprehensive Trust & Safety onboarding process and meet all local, state, and enterprise childcare compliance standards.
• Empathy: You genuinely care about helping families and hanging with kids.

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Keep kids engaged, safe, and off their screens with fun activities.
• Assist with basic routines (meals, naps, homework help).
