About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Chesapeake and surrounding areas. We offer top pay rates, a $300 sign-on bonus, and flexible scheduling options including full-time and part-time. Caregivers will provide personal care, companionship, mobility support, and transportation to clients in their homes. Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
• Valid driver's license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.
• Must comply with state background screening requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Offer transportation services to clients for appointments and errands.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
