About The Position
The Palms at Sun City is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated PRN Caregiver to join our team. This is a strictly PRN, as-needed position. PRN Caregivers provide coverage based on community needs, including open shifts, call-outs, and other staffing needs. This role does not have a set or regularly scheduled part-time schedule. - Flexibility and dependability to accept PRN shifts as community needs arise.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Clean motor vehicle record.
- Must meet all applicable state and community employment requirements.

- Previous caregiving experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and provide individualized support based on each resident’s needs.
- Assist residents during meals while following dietary restrictions, food allergies, and personal preferences.
- Promote residents’ comfort, safety, independence, and overall well-being.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive condition.
- Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Follow all community policies, safety procedures, and applicable state regulations.
- Safely transport residents to church services, medical appointments, and other approved activities as needed.
- Provide dependable coverage for open shifts, call-outs, and other community staffing needs.
