Requirements

• Experience dependent on shift length & availability.
• Must be able to work shifts ranging from 3-8 hours (day, evening, overnight).
• Must be able to provide personalized care plans for clients and families to review and determine fit.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and light housekeeping.
• Some assistance with PCA help may be needed.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Assist with transportation to appointments.
• Aiding with activities of daily living.
• Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation.
• Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits.
• Light housekeeping.
• Meal preparation.
• Providing companionship.
