About The Position

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a float position that will travel between Fergus Falls and Alexandria, working between Periodic and Direct Care roles, and every other Saturday and Sunday. The role involves assisting people with their personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and finds meaning in this type of work.

Requirements

• Must have valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meet's Sevita insurability policy
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
