Requirements

• CNA or Nurse Aide certificate/training required
• Basic housekeeping and cooking skills
• Strong time management and reliability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and ethical caregivers
• Physical stamina to assist clients safely

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred
• CPR & First Aid knowledge preferred (can obtain after hire)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders and routine support
• Assistance with mobility, transfers, walking, and transportation
• Personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Meal preparation and feeding support
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment
• Assistance with prescribed exercises and encouraging activity
• Grocery shopping, errands, and accompaniment to appointments
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
