About The Position

CareLinx by Sharecare is a nationwide caregiver registry that connects experienced caregivers with clients. Caregivers set their own availability through the CareLinx app, and the team matches them with clients based on schedule, preferences, and goals. The role involves providing non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients. Caregivers work with a dedicated Care Partner team to find suitable matches. The platform emphasizes consistent schedules, engagement through the app, and proactive communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
  • Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Reliable transportation to and from client homes
  • Must pass a background check

  • Bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply
  • Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
  • Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
  • Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
  • Additional documentation may be based on state law or client contract

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
  • Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
  • Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team
  • Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
  • Communicate with your Care Partner regarding any case updates or client changes
  • Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times
  • Provide transportation and errand support (additional opportunity)

  • Assist with telehealth navigation (additional opportunity)
