About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Gwinnett is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregiver to provide quality care and support to a client in Lilburn, Georgia. We are looking for a dedicated caregiver who is passionate about helping others, providing personalized care, and promoting clients' comfort, safety, and independence. A minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience is required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience required.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care instructions and maintain professional boundaries.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Must meet applicable background screening and hiring requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Previous home care or senior care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Support safe mobility and transfers, as appropriate.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan and company policies.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition.
• Follow established care plans and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Treat clients with dignity, patience, and respect.
