Requirements

Reliable, dependable, and committed to showing up on time for every scheduled shift
Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance (must list you as a covered driver)
Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
Current TB screening (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Authorized to work in the United States
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, compassionate, and client-focused attitude

Nice To Haves

CNA, GNA, or CMT certification
At least one year of professional caregiving experience
Experience documenting care notes using a mobile app or electronic documentation system

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with walking, mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
Prepare light meals and perform light housekeeping
Provide medication reminders (CMTs may administer medications as assigned)
Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition
Accurately document care provided during each visit
Transport clients to appointments and errands when needed
