About The Position

Home Helpers Homecare is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver to provide one-on-one care to a client in the Grayson area. This part-time position is a great opportunity for an experienced caregiver who already has a schedule and is looking to pick up additional hours during the week. We are seeking someone who is comfortable providing hands-on personal care, mobility assistance, and support with daily activities while providing safe, respectful, and compassionate care. Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a caring, compassionate Caregiver to provide service for a client in your local area. Requirements

• Caregiving or home care experience required
• Experience with hands-on personal care
• Transfer and mobility experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to complete required employment requirements
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient
• Ability to work independently
• Available Monday and Thursday during the scheduled hours

Responsibilities

• Assisting with safe transfers and mobility
• Personal care and activities of daily living
• Bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
• Toileting assistance
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and conversation
• Assisting with walking and daily activities
• Providing support with personal routines
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Communicating with the client and family regarding daily needs
• Providing dependable and compassionate one-on-one care
• Aiding with activities of daily living
• Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
• Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
• Providing companionship
