About The Position
Suite Living Senior Care provides high-quality Assisted Living and Memory Care in beautifully designed, intimate communities. Each community has 32 units, including 10 dedicated Memory Care apartments. We are looking for Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers to join our team at Rosemount. The role involves working directly with residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day brighter.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
- Ability to pass medications (training provided)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
- NOC Shift (10PM-6AM) Availability
- Part-Time- Every Other Weekend Availability
- All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
Nice To Haves
- CNA Certification preferred, but not required
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support mobility and transfers within the facility
- Help with medication administration (training provided)
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
- Light housekeeping and meal assistance
- Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
- Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
