About The Position

Griswold Home Care for Howard County is actively hiring part-time Caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs to provide personal care, companionship, and homemaking support to older adults throughout Howard County, Maryland. Founded in 1982, Griswold Home Care is the nation's oldest non-medical home care franchise, with a commitment to supporting caregiver growth, well-being, and career.

Requirements

A caring, dependable, and responsible individual
CPR Certification required
At least one year of caregiving or home care experience preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and registration
Willingness to travel within Howard County
Must successfully complete a criminal background check
High school diploma or GED preferred

Nice To Haves

CNA certification is a plus, but not a requirement

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, and toileting
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Grocery shopping and transportation to appointments
Dementia and memory care support
Providing regular care updates to families and the office team
