Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
At least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
Willing to commute 30 minutes minimum
Must comply with state background screening requirements
Must be eligible to work in the US

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting clients living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia and/or other cognitive impairments

Responsibilities

Providing cognitive and behavioral support, including gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety.
Assisting with personal care such as dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience.
Helping maintain a calm, familiar, and organized home environment with basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Providing transportation for clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping.
Offering companionship through conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs.
