About The Position
Generations Home Care - Spokane is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care services in the Davenport, Creston, and Wilbur areas. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to promote their independence and improve their quality of life.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving or related experience is preferred.
- Ability to pass background checks and any required screenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel between Davenport, Creston, and Wilbur locations.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide medication reminders and ensure clients adhere to prescribed routines.
- Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition promptly.
