About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and caring individuals to join their team in Eden Prairie. They provide high-quality Assisted Living and Memory Care in intimate communities. This role is for individuals passionate about helping others and thriving in a person-centered care environment, whether experienced or newly certified. The Caregiver will work directly with residents to provide personalized care and support.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• Ability to pass medications (training provided)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability
• All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend

Nice To Haves

• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
