About The Position

Visiting Angels Chadds Ford is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide quality, personalized in-home care to seniors throughout surrounding Delaware and Chester County communities. At Visiting Angels Chadds Ford we believe caregivers are the heart of what we do. When you join our team, you'll be supported by an experienced office staff that recognizes the important work you do every day.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
One of the following TB clearances: 2-Step PPD, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, Chest X-ray
ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.

Responsibilities

Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Preparing meals and providing medication reminders
Performing light housekeeping and running errands
Helping clients maintain their safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families
