Requirements

• A caring, positive attitude and genuine desire to help others
• Compassion, patience, and Personal Investment in the people you support
• Dependability, Accountability, and strong Team Spirit
• Good communication skills and a willingness to jump in and help
• Availability for part-time day or evening shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily needs, including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care
• Build meaningful relationships while encouraging independence and dignity
• Engage residents in activities, conversations, and moments that bring fun to their day
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to the appropriate team members
• Work with your team to provide personalized, compassionate care
• Help create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment
