About The Position
Caring Senior Services is looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Aides to join their team of "care heroes." This role is for individuals who want more than just a job and have a passion for helping others maintain their independence and safety in their own homes.
Requirements
- Reliable
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.
- Valid driver’s license or state ID, reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with mobility.
Nice To Haves
- Certification (CNA, HHA, or PCA) is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors or those with disabilities.
- Assist with daily activities like dressing, grooming, bathing, and safe transfers.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and prepare nutritious meals.
- Monitor health conditions, track medication, and report changes to CSS Staff.
