About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort, dignity, privacy, and independence. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and find fulfillment in their work.
Requirements
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work responsibly with confidential information.
- Must be accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
Nice To Haves
- No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with meal preparation.
- Perform housekeeping duties.
- Provide companionship.
- Assist with personal hygiene care.
- Provide transportation assistance.
- Perform other light duties as assigned.
