About The Position

Senior Helpers – Farmington (Serving Southeastern Michigan) is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides to join our team providing exceptional in-home senior care in Farmington/Rochester, MI surrounding areas. With a flexible schedule and competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping older adults maintain their safety, independence, and comfort within their own homes. Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with seniors —preferably in home care, assisted living, or healthcare settings
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are essential
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
• A compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Comfortable working in homes with pets

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Supporting safe mobility by assisting with transfers, positioning, and movement.
• Providing companionship and emotional support through engaging conversations and social interaction.
• Helping with transportation, errands, and appointment coordination.
• Offering medication reminders and conducting wellness checks to monitor client health.
• Observing and reporting any changes in physical or cognitive condition to the care team.
• Performing light household tasks including housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Maintaining a safe and supportive home environment that encourages client independence.
